The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. I will definitely recommend them to people I know. There was only a couple of times where the staff was actually able to answer my questions. Most of the time, they'd refer me to their boss or another staff member. There are times when I've been there, that I feel like they're favoring certain clients. It's not all the time, but I don't appreciate it when it happens. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance.
