It is very difficult to get someone to call you back in a timely manner. I left a message for my previous counselor about an urgent situation with my daughter and did not receive a call back until two days later. The counselor left me a message stating she could not see my daughter right away, but to get in touch with her to set something up with someone else if necessary. I called and left a message at the office on their general line (they don't have a receptionist) and nobody returned my call.
