They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here.
