The staff members were knowledgeable and were able to answer most of my questions. It's nice when the front desk staff actually knows something about acupuncture. They are extremely knowledgeable in all the elements of Chinese herbal medicine. They even incorporated them into my treatment and it really helped alleviate my symptoms. Since the first experience I had with the office was the parking situation, I started off on the right foot! The parking was easy to find and available. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. When I left my treatment I felt absolutely fantastic. I didn't experience any side effects at all, and I will definitely be going back.
