The staff must have not been trained very well. Almost every time I would ask them a question, they'd refer me to their boss or someone else. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. Every time they left the room, the staff would immediately begin complaining about how much they disliked working there. It made me nervous, and I didn't go back. Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything.
