Dr. Keith"s treatment orientation is Eclectic, which means that after a thorough diagnostic evaluation and understanding of you and your issues, you and Dr. Keith will collaborate on a treatment plan you and he believe will be effective in resolving your problems. We may use Cognitive Behavioral and/or Psycho-Dynamic Therapy, and other treatment styles if indicated (e.g., Psycho-Educational Therapy or Play Therapy with Children).

Dr. Keith and you will work together in a safe, private, comfortable environment that provides you with all the of the confidentiality the law allows.

While Dr. Keith does not work as a provider for any insurance company, in many cases he accepts direct payment from them. It is best for you to discuss this directly with Dr. Keith.

I began seeing Dr. Keith about 5 months ago during a time when I was dwelling on past experiences and feeling emotionally unstable. It quickly became clear to me that he is exceptionally knowledgeable in his discipline.Though I have only been meeting with Dr. Keith for a short period of time, I feel that my sessions with him have made a significant impact on my life. He has helped me to feel an overall sense of stability by incorporating cognitive behavioral methods into my treatment that are specific to my needs, as well as follow-up inquiry and discussion. Additionally, I have been able to lessen or resolve issues related to emotional experiences that have occurred in my past. Dr. Keith is patient, kind, and genuinely cares about his patients. I look forward to continued stability and growth with his guidance.

Dr. Keith is an excellent therapist and psychologist. He has helped me very much in dealing with and overcoming my problems, including depression. He helped me find solutions on my own, without just telling me what to do, so that I could learn not to keep making the same mistakes in my relationships and decisions in my life. He also helped me in my self-esteem, including being a good father to my children, and finding a healthy, loving partner,and breaking a long pattern of relationships hurtful to me. If you or someone else you know needs help with something, Dr. Keith will definitely help you and/or the person, address the real underlying issues that are interfering with a more productive, happy life, and working towards achieving what you want in your life.
