Anna proposed that I write a little song about the people who hurt me, so here it goes:

You were fourteen minutes late for our call,
I gave you trust you did not deserve at all.

You did not ask any triage questions,
You did not offer helpful suggestions.

You did not acknowledge my level of pain,
You focused instead on having me work again.

After our call I felt violated,
Probed, misunderstood, and isolated.

You supposedly specialize in PTSD,
This is true in that you increased it in me.

I would not recommend you to anyone,
Our single session was enough, one and done.

Repeat and fade.
