I had a great counseling from Dr. Sergi, but maybe too forthright and candid for some. A great counselor for older, more mature people.

I had a bad experience from a younger psychiatrist there, He prescribed 150 mg of Trazadone which knocked me down and out for 2 full days. I forget his name; it was about 3 years ago. Anyway, I found out from another doctor that 25 mg is a more normal dosage prescribed for that medication.

Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.
