Very disappointed.
After months of attendance without missing a session or payment, my child was unceremoniously dismissed without a substitute.
This action was taken at a critical moment and my child was in crisis.
While I have spoken to the counselor, no collaborative effort was made by the help center to coordinate with others involved with his care.
During our consults the counselor presented complaints without therapeutic strategies. When she finally presented a plan already in use before my knowledge, it included isolating my child during sessions. This definitely did not contribute to my child attaining any progress vital to healthy development. I am very dissatisfied the help center did not live up to its name or purpose.

Well, I'm so very satisfied so far with my counselor. She is up front about things and just what I want and need. I've never wanted to accept therapy in my life but guess what wish I had done it sooner. Cheryl I love you and thank you
