I'm concern with their practice, I received a call today, stating they received a letter from my insurance company that a disbursement check was sent to me and not to them directly. I've worked for my job for over 17 years and have never received payment of any kind, the payment has always gone to the provider. After question the woman" Doris" was her name she admitting she lied and had only received an explanation of benefits. How unprofessional to call someone and accuse them with out having called the insurance provider first. Don't think for one minute that if a place hires ignorance that they are really going to provide a great or expert service to you or your child. $129.00 was what she was accusing me of... I'm sure I make triple her salary.
