Men in custody cases be warned. I have read on other sites as well that, in cases like mine where the woman had done unbelievably bad things, this doctor found them to be okay with no need for further therapy or evaluation, but the man has. My ex-fiance had taken my 3 year old to her ex-husband's house for two years for dinner and even overnight visits without my knowledge or consent. She admitted this to the doctor as well. I sent him all kinds of emails and documentations speaking to her actions in the past. He disregarded all of these and said that my tests showed elevations in some areas and said that I may have difficulties in having my girls. I've had my 8 year old every other weekend and once a week from the time she was 2 years old without any incidents. I've had my 1 year old and 3 year old by myself for 50/50 custody in a preliminary agreement and this doctor says I am the one that may have problems with my girls. I definitely think he should be investigated and may actually have him investigated depending on what happens with my custody agreement. I have no idea how a professional psychiatrist can hear how a person leaves their children with a man who should not have them for two years without their father (her fiance) knowing about it. Her ex-husband said he had no idea I was involved in my 3 year old's life. No idea we were engaged, no idea that we had a second child. He had been paying her money monthly to take care of our 3 year old all while we were living in the same house with our two girls. She denied her own 1 year old, telling her ex-husband that she was her niece during pickups and dropoffs at his house. This doctor is corrupt in my opinion and I would stay away from him. Request another doctor if your ex's lawyer suggests using him. How stupid do I feel, my lawyer is the one that suggested using him and by the way, I am the one that requested the test, my ex asked that I have one too if she was going to be forced to take one. I can't express how much regret I have for following my lawyer's advice. This has turned my life upside down. I just can't believe that I, the person with no history of mental illness or problems with the law am being demonized by this Dr. while my ex who lied to so many people for so many years is being given a clean bill of health by this Dr. Run run run.
