I Have never had such a straight forward, thought provoking therapist. He is solution orientated and he asks the difficult questions, that actually help lead you to your own solutions more rapidly. If you want a head shaker who will look at you sympathetically and ask " now tell me how did that make you feel", That is not Dr. J. He will effectively and rapidly help you HELP YOURSELF get out of the quicksand and onto land where you can stand and learn to help yourself. greatest ever. Kind and considerate and smarter than you, which is what we all need when its time for help.
