An unmitigated disaster. Having failed to recognize a serious mental health disorder in a client, that had been recognized by multiple highly qualified psychiatrists, she then provided inappropriate palliative care that exacerbated the condition. Worse, she then damaged the adolescent child of the mentally disordered person by recommending that she herself provide care for the child, contrary to the most basic tenets of the profession. Although some of the damage was permanent, skilled treaters eventually helped the resilient child emerge as a wholesome and happy high functioning adult.

Whenever I've visited their office, it's always smelled really bad. They really need to clean or sterilize the office more. The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. The restrooms here weren't that clean, but they weren't out-of-control disgusting. I didn't mind using them but would have preferred a cleaner facility. They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information.
