I've seen Mr. DiPrima for years. He has been incredibly helpful. I strongly recommend him. Mr. DiPrima has his fee and does not accept Medicare assignment. Medicare will pay him as does my supplemental insurance as long as he does not go above the Medicare non-assignment percentage which is 15%. It is not as confusing as it sounds. See Part B Excess Charge under Medicare regulations.

Didn't even get past the initial phone call. My insurance doesn't allow for balance billing but this sneaky guy doesn't call it "balance billing" he calls it an additional "administrative fee" which you have to sign an agreement to pay the balance of whatever your insurance doesn't cover (you know, balance billing.) If you cannot handle the cost of "administering" your own business that's not my issue. I couldn't trust a therapist who engages in work-around shyster practices. Be aware.
