There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. I was kind of disappointed with the chair they provided me during the session. It was pretty uncomfortable to have to sit in for that length of time. I felt a little pressured to buy products, but it wasn't overbearing. Still, I wish they had been a little more professional.
