They were friendly and made me feel at home. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. The office was easy enough to find. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time.
