Uncompassionate staff, front desk workers are forced to lie to patients, they seem careless in caring about making or breaking appointments for the well being of the patient, they promise to get back to you and they don't, one of the front desk workers is rude and sarcastic she looks annoyed when you ask her a question, there's hardly any feedback thus you feel like your left lost in the shuffle, counselors you had forget about you, it feels like I'm being rushed out of my session, the session doesnt start on time, therapist makes it seem like she wants me to shut up, hardly offers advice, she just watches me discuss my issues. It's a convenient location for me, otherwise I would ditch this place. I hope it gets better.......more attention should be given to the patients' needs not what's accommodating to the secretary at the front desk.

They didn't display their qualifications. It made me nervous. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I was never able to relax during my appointment. I was on edge the whole time. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.

Also, the therapist I went to see (Vaia D) was not the therapis that was sent to meet with me. Also, I did not know this until the appointment was over because she did not introduce herself. Finally, I was kept waiting for 45 minutes which is truly unacceptable for this kind of appointment.
