I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. The staff person assigned to fax my prescription after my visit dropped the ball which left me sitting at inept pharmacy (Farmers) for one hour. I finally had to ask them the delay. They instructed me to call the doctor's office back because they never received the prescription. 5 people kept seeing me there for the hour without asking me why I was still there. Why didn't they call the doctor, they had the prescription with the doctors #s in front of them. Would only have been proper courtesy for a customer I would think. I did call the doctors office back, at 4:00 and got recording saying open until 6:00, leave message with the staff person. I did and received no call back. At 12:00 following day I called Advantage back, canceled my prescription and next visit. Between poor customer service involving no call back and the employees at Farmers trading stories with each other instead of waiting properly on the customers I have had enough. There are a lot of people looking for work right now that would take their job a lot more serious than what my experience was with the aforementioned.
