I interviewed three times, they were disorganized, one of the interviewers came out and basically said she didn’t like me after leading me on for three separate interviews knowing I was driving 164 miles each time, asking for references, sending me emails to say they were great and I met qualifications, the last time she lured me to give a presentation which I worked on during my free time, then went over wasted another whole day and was told she didn’t think I looked like a psychologist and that she felt this way from the start? After all of that they didn’t have the courtesy to even follow up and say they were not interested. The pay they advertised was also inaccurate, the staff talk about each about the partners behind their back (I wonder why?) very bad vibe. I have never written anything like this before. The Haverty partner nice, full of life and genuine—but the other partner seemed bitter, negative and unprofessional— she also talked about her stylish clothing but let’s just say I have nothing nice to say about her “style”— only mentioning this because she brought up my style during the interview and I had worn a suit the first time and a dress suit the second time and a dress with opaque leggings and a suit jacket and scarf the 3rd time. she wore tight pants, a moo moo shiirt.. she also used the word cunundrum incorrectly— stating “I have a cunundrum, you don’t seem like a psychologist—you can talk like one you’re qualified but I don’t know your clothes there’s something about you I don’t quite get —referring to clothes, my friendliness, the fact that I’m attractive? That’s not a cunundrum, that’s called being irrational.. it’s called “I don’t like you so I’ll waste your time by writing emails about your good references and provide positive feedback on your presentation and then tell you how I really feel”—the universe knows why things happen.
