Dr. Sabat is a very good doctor, no doubt about that. He successfully removed a bunion on my left foot. However, I have RA, and arthritis in my feet. Therefore, when Dr. Sabat straightened my two
"hammer" toes on that foot, something went awry, and it was due to the arthritis. Now my left foot is badly deformed. The irony is I went to Dr. Sabat in the first place so that I could wear stylish shoes again and I can't now anyway, even after two procedures. Bottom line: if you have arthritis in your feet, removing a bunion will work, but don't have your hammer toes straightened. It wasn't the doctor's fault. We have to take responsibility for our ailments. My physician at the time, Dr. J. Chard, told me not to have a foot operation, and I didn't listen. He told me that sometimes it works, and sometimes it doesn't. I am very embarrassed about my left foot and do not go barefoot or wear showy sandals.

Dr. Sabet is an excellent surgeon with a great reputation. My family doc at UCI sent me to him and I couldn't be happier with the decision.

He used a mixture of treatments to fix my painful heel and I'm back to running. He's a runner too and I like that.

He is smart and has a great bedside manner. I usually don't write reviews but I wanted to take the time to give him a big thank you. His staff have been great to me too.
