One thing I noticed about their office that it smelled clean and fresh. The exam rooms were spotless, no dog or cat hair visible. They must clean or sanitize all the time. I was so glad when I saw that they were using high-quality, cutting-edge medical equipment. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful. It was obvious that they had kept up on their education. They knew about all the latest advancements in veterinary medicine, even ones that had happened very recently- even ones since my last vist 2 months earlier!.
