I just had to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in regards to this veterinarian clinic. I always thought that a vet helps animals, sadly I was wrong. My husband and I recently took in a stray cat and brought her into this vet. It was recommended that we spay her. We of course obliged. However, calling in to check on our cat we spoke with Dr. Wiseman (male Wiseman) and he joked that he she had already been spayed somewhere else. I was shocked. What was more shocking than an unnecessary surgery that I'm sure could have been noted from a previous scar or her TNR tear on her ear (that I recently found out is a sign of a former spay or neuter) was that I was being charged. Full price. The bill was $260.00 and my cat is recovering from this ridiculous surgery. Furthermore, we had to take her to another vet because this vet called my husband "crazy" for simply complaining on a social media board to draw attention to this incident. Sadly, even Yelp has been intimidated by this vet and removed his posting on Yelp that lacked any sort of threat or inappropriate content.

We have since then taken our cat to another vet because she was given pain medication for a dog and was severely dehydrated. Thankfully, she is on the road to recovery. This vet should be ashamed of himself. We are outraged. Imagine if a human being was given surgery for no reason?

Please do NOT allow this company to flag this post. The community needs to be aware of their inhumane services and treatment of customers.

He is RUDE. I love his wife, who is in the practice with him. She's smart and fabulous at giving you the information you need. He, on the other hand, is condescending and flippant.
I wasn't surehe'd be able to help me. There are times when I've been there, that I feel like they're favoring certain clients. It's not all the time, but I don't appreciate it when it happens. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me.
