Because his hospital staff, Dr Whitfield, did not care for my 5 year old pet after extensive surgery which caused his death, they barely would give me the right time of day when I felt they should have discussed what may have happened, considering I was a 15 year client. He is the rudest meanest uncompassionate person i"ve ever met. I'm doing my own research to get my questions answered since he feels i should to his lawyer, appearently he has something to hide. Their staff is as rude as he is, especially Jen, his so called unprofessional manager and most of the the so call vet techs, whom some are not licensed in which the hospital vet tech told me herself she wasn't. They didn't help me and didn't answer all my questions nor did they send a sympathy notice to me. I've already had my friend's and relative remove their pets from his care because he sucks. It's a shame that some of the vets there are so nice especially Dr Caporall, they just work for a very rude heartless man and that would be Dr Thomas. I would never visit them again and hope he loses all of his clients, and I'll make sure to tell everyone I know how rude and heartless he really is. God does not like ugly and he's very ugly..I hope he can rest at night knowing that he's a liar and his staff failed to watch and care for my dogs needs.
