I took my dog their to be boarded over the holiday weekend. I dropped off a happy, energetic, and healthy 2 yr old French Bulldog, I picked up a dog in pain and paralyzed. They did not call us that morning when the "found" him that way. Nor did they take him right next door to the animal hospital where he was an established patient. They did not provide us with the normal logs showing his care. They claimed that my dog's breed are prone to spine problems and they are not responsible. Something is very wrong with the whole situation. I took my dog somewhere else seeing their lack of concern. They did not call to see how he was doing. We demanded they see him that same day we picked him up. They did a quick exam, no xray, gave him some muscle relaxers and prednisone and sent us on our way. Then called and told me we needed to pay the balance on our account for the medicine. Please do not take your pets there. My family is traumatized and they could care less. No answers were given. They proved to be the complete opposite of their mission statement. I pray that no one else has to endure what we are going through.
