The doctor seemed knowledgeable but once they got my money, they didn't return phone calls or e-mails asking about further post-op care for my animal. Further, they never called as promised to let me know how the surgery went, and when I called to find out if my animal was okay, the person answering the phone was quite rude. When I explained that I was only calling to make sure my pet survived her surgery, she was still rude and kept putting me on hold. You would think they would know, even up at the front desk, if an animal had died in surgery that day, unless of course they lose several every day and she needed to keep checking if one of them was mine. Basically, when I was calling (hours after I was supposed to hear about the surgery) only to make sure she made it out of surgery, I didn't need the receptionist attitude. Since then, the service has gone from bad to worse.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
