They were probably the rudest veterinarian I've ever met. I couldn't believe they could get away with treating people like that. Their office was extremely loud, I felt like I was going to go deaf. I couldn't hear anything that anyone was saying over the blaring noise. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. In the 2 weeks my cat was in the hospital I only saw the vet once. When my cat got sick again after only 4 days out of the hospital my husband called and tried to inform the vet about the problems like we were suspossed to do and was told by the tech. that it sounded like the last two times she was there and that it was up to us if we think she needed to come in they would try to make the time to see her.
This vet got $ 5785.00 from me in a 3 week period and this is how they treat you when you call about changes in your pet.
I took my baby girl to another vet and was told she was near death or coma due to lack of insulin, the new vet said she should have been receiving 4 times the amount STVS was giving her. She was at 396 and it should have been under 90.
PS. Living conditions are horrible for our pets, several times I visited and she had no water and she never had a litter box. Pets are expected to just use the paper in the cage.
My little girl will never go there again.
