Love this clinic! Everyone here is so personal and they truly Love your fur babies! If it wasn't for them this last Thanksgiving would have been aweful for our family because our belove Chloe wouldn't still be with us. She was so sick and so near death I hate to even go there. Even though all her blood work didn't really show a clear reason for her being so sick they pulled her through with fluids, medicine and lots of love. Dr Ramsey was with her most all the time through that weekend making sure she was improving even though it was a holiday weekend she gave her time to take care of our Chlo/bear! Thank you all so much for you loving care and giving us hope when it seemed all was not going well at all! May God continue to bless all of you!

Take your animal somewhere else. This clinic will not communicate with the client even after explicit questions are asked. They charge you for things you don't ask for and then pretend that you did ask for it even when you don't actually know what it is that you supposedly asked for. The office manager is one of the most unprofessional and condescending people I have ever dealt with. She treated me like I was an idiot and was incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional when questioned about the services and charged I received. They refused to refund me for the charges that I did not ask for and then blamed me for the confusion. This office is disorganized and complete frustrating to deal with. They clearly have no concept of customer service and patient interaction.

Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional
Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns?
Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had
Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs?
Definitely! They would never turn away anyone in need
