It wouldn't let me give you a negative star. Dr. Manshirova was on call this weekend she did not return any messages the animal emergency clinic left for her. We eventually rushed my dog to Kansas state for emergency surgery on a compressed disc. I am praying we caught it in time but won't know for a few days if she will be able to walk again. You will be turned into every vet board I can think of as you have jeopardized my dogs life by not taking any phone calls as the on call Dr. I work for a specialist in town and we would never treat our patients that way let alone when another medical doctor is calling about an emergency. You know how time sensitive a acute degenerative disc is. You should think real hard why you are practicing veterinary medicine.

Very disappointing. Like everything else, it is all about the money. False hope, and $$$ you can never recover. There was nothing learned or done by this clinic that was not known or done before our visit by the primary Vet. The staff is arrogant, and acts like they are doing YOU a favor by having them charge you $600 per visit. Midwest Vet is used to fund Kansas State and their Veterinary Department, and is essentially a teaching facility. Save yourself some money and go to Iowa State or Colorado State. At least you know what you are getting at those two universities.
