Always available whenever I've needed help with my family's cats and dogs. they have seen a pet in distress on very short notice, as well as talked me through issues on the phone when the need wasn't as serious. When I needed to euthanize a pet; they were courteous and very caring and helped me very much throughout the process. Dr. Schalk obviously loves animals and cares for their needs with professionalism and honesty. So does his staff.
