I called for an appointment, the receptionist could not find my information at first. They gave me an appointment which I had to check on. I asked them to hold. I had them on hold for approximately 1 minute. When I returned the phone line was dead. I called back and stated someone hung up on me and the response was, “I could not wait I had other patients calling”!! I stated it is ok to put me on hold, she got very snippy and gave me another appointment. The receptionists are extremely rude and should be spoken too. I have been a patient for 20 plus years. Four different dogs.

staff was incredibly rude to me, not organized at all! Not sure if its because im African American but i literally watched another American woman (white) come in and they were super nice and informative to her. The woman at the front desk didnt even want to tell me how to give my cat her pain meds. If tou are African American take your money elsewhere.
