Dr Karen Hess is the greatest vet around. I have been her client for 20+ years now and I would trust no other with my animals. She's very caring, honest and has been right on on every diagnosis with my pets. I recommend her to everyone looking for a vet.

We will never go back! It is sad, because she's a great Doctor, but her
staff especially Dayse is the worst person they could have, no customer
service at all, and extremely rude. She refused to talk to me on the phone.
We made a grooming appointment 4 weeks ago for 4/28/15, as they said that
was the only spot available. We called 4/27/15, the day before to confirm
and the person who answered the phone, claimed that we didn't have any
appointment at all, and decided to make " an appointment" for May 6th which
we took.

My mother went to the Dr. office today 4/29 to request Angelo's medicine
refill, and she was informed by Dayse that we did not showed up for the
appointment that they never booked in the first place, and refused to
provide the prescription refill. I called to explain what happened, that the
no show up, was not our fault, the grooming appointment was never scheduled
by the staff, as I was informed the previous day. She was extremely rude an
unprofessional, claiming that we have not showed up 9-10 times to previous
appointments.
I explained that the reason we called the previous day to the grooming
appointment she claimed we didn't showed up, was because they always say
"you don't have an appointment today."
The same thing has happened before over and over. They decided to put us on
a "no show up file/ list" even though it has been their fault.
She send my mother home without the medication for Angelo, knowing how sick
this pup is. I had to leave work and go in person, but she would not talk to
me. The other lady that was there, in less than 10 minutes was able to
finally give me the med.

Dr. Karen, you are a wonderful person, an excellent Doctor, my family and I
are very grateful to you and the service you have provided, but because off
the rudeness, and the way we were treated, we have to stop going to your
office.
