I was not at all happy with the way the ?secretary or? treated me, No compassion, kindness or even professionalism, My dog had a severe ear infection, was not eating, was very ill with a inflamed ear, which was visible on the inside of her ear flap.There was a younger lady that was taking down the information and the larger lady, said "No, they could not see my yorkie, (wonder if she even likes dogs?) I am a nurse and I do know that if the ear infection spreads into the brain and or the surrounding tissue round the brain it could be very serious, I will not be returning to this Vet as the representative showed no compassion or professionalism, whatso ever!

They are amazing! I love fircrest veterinary, they are always so willing to help, and listen to my concerns. They have taken such incredible care of my fur babies, even when my mother brought her Maggie in they helped her as well!! Thank you so much! I highly recommend them to everyone!!!
