I am always greeted by the friendly and very compasionate staff. They always go out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. When I had a very sick kitty, the doctor always called me back even on weekends and nights.I am always in awe of the special attention I receive. They completely surpass all my expectations every time I go and I will absolutely be going back with all my kitties. I've never had to remind them who I am or what my pet's condition was. Parking is right outside the door and very convenient. Dr. Faigen and his team are a unique group of professionals! I would never go anywhere else!

I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. When I arrive for my appointments the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I was very impressed. I have had 4 cats, over 15 years, treated by Dr. Faigen. I would never take my cats to another vet. My appointments start on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They are so kind and caring, and you can reach the doctor after hours if you have an urgent matter and wish to speak with him. The entire staff loves animals and it is obvious in the manner in which they care for my cats. If you have a cat, this is the place for extraordinary care.

Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!

They did what I asked, not a bit more
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality
