They are amazingly professional and so very compassionate. We have seen them for several emergencies with our cat/kitten rescue and for our dogs and every time they are nothing short of wonderful.

I took my my puppy there after she aspirated water from falling into our swimming pool. The vet was extremely nice and helpful and knowledgeable. The technician however that greeted me at the door, Allie, was very unprofessional and very flustered. She said they already had a very sick puppy there. As though she could not handle another sick puppy that night. And of course I became irritated with her. She then informed me that we could not be seen and pointed to the door and said "there's the door, take your puppy to Greenville." She did not consult the vet on this decision. And her behavior was outside of the door so the vet had no idea what was going on. I think Allie the technician needs more training on how to deal with high anxiety emergency situations. Anytime an owner brings their pet to the emergency vet clinic at 2 AM, Allie will be met with this type of situation over and over. She was clearly in over her head and did not know how to act or behave in this situation. I was extremely disappointed and shocked with her behavior. As she's telling me that we can't be seen my puppy is laying at her feet coughing up huge clots of blood. Thank goodness the vet came to the door and realized what was going on and scooped my puppy up and took her back to be treated. The vet was extremely concerned and apologized for Allie's behavior. Once we got in the door to the vet we were satisfied with the treatment. However we would never go back if Allie is the technician on duty. I complained to the vet on duty as well as the owner the next day. They were very apologetic and we felt satisfied they would deal with this employee and this unfortunate situation. Our puppy made a full recovery.
