I have found then to be friendly and courteous. Prompt on appointment times. They seem to truly care for the furbabies and talk to them. I have never been disappointed. It is a doctor's office and occasionally they do get behind and apologize for the delay. I have never had a problem with the doctor's or staff and I have been going there for over 10 years.
