We offer medicine and surgery as well as preventive care. Many people come from throughout the state for complementary therapies and nutritional consultation for chronic illness, arthritic and back problems for modalities such as acupuncture, laser, chiropractics, Chinese herbals, homeopathics, and supplements. I have been at this location outside of Eclectic and near Kowaliga on Lake Martin and HWY 63 West of Alexander City, since 2007. Previously, I built and owned a practice in Alexander City for 22 years. I work in Birmingham one Saturday a month.
Rude staff, rushed exam by a doctor who went from one room to another while she was supposed to examine my pet, vet never read record from previous vet and asked questions she should not have had she read my pet's record. Outrageous bill for little work done. We left the clinic with no answers to our questions and a $300+ bill. To add insult to injury, we were told to bring our pet back the following week for a "follow-up" and acupuncture! The only time we got a smile was when we checked out and our credit card was charged.
