It would be hard to give many stars with what we went through.They have a Surgeon who comes in and did Surgery on Lucky for Luxating patella(knee). He put the cast on too tight, so when they took it off his whole leg burst open from the pressure. The wound that resulted was horrible. It took us 5 mos. of daily bandaging to get the wound to mellow. His leg will never be the same. No fur and shrunk. I asked if we could e-mail with surgeon not even sure that staff told him what happened. We never heard from him.We made it clear we would not sue or ask for compesation even that it cost us about $1000 more for supplies and medication. Our young Vet Emelie, did check to make sure wound didn't infect.It wiped out our whole summer, cancelled travel etc.We put that kind of time in and he could not waste one minute to respond.I believe we will take Lucky somewhere else.

All my concerns were put at ease when they answered all my questions clearly and thoroughly. They go out of their way to make me and my pet feel as comfortable as possible. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I've never had a problem getting an appointment with them at the time I want on the day I want. They're always very flexible with their appointment times. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.
