THEY CARE about your beloved family member! BEST VET I've ever met! She was so nice to us and our Mastiff. When we were waiting for the Cancer test results, they kept us informed. When we were advised of the possibility our 5 year old Mastiff could have Cancer, The staff was noticeably affected by the news they were sharing with us. Cathy and her TEAM were so compassionate and so gentle with a scared 105lb girl. Our girl trusted them and felt comfortable with them to do as she was asked by the staff even without us in the room during her xrays.

I know everyone feels VETS charge too much but Arnold Pet Clinic is the not that way at all. They had all but 1 of the meds my girl needed ON HAND and were more than happy to CALL our pharmacy of choice to order the med they didn't have in stock, check the price with me (even offered to order less pills if the price was too high for us right now) before hanging up with the pharmacy. THEY LOVE ANIMALS!

They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. I've never had to remind them who I am or what my pet's condition is, they remembered both of our names by the second appointment. They go out of their way to make us feel special and welcomed. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.
