Dr. Schlechter has been the driving force behind Spring Ridge Plastic Surgery—formerly the Proserpi-Schlechter Center for Plastic Surgery—established in 1962 by Dr. Sergio Proserpi to provide cosmetic plastic surgery to the Berks county area of Pennsylvania. Dr. Benjamin Schlechter joined then took over the practice and has continued with that vision, offering both innovative and time-proven techniques in facial, body, and breast surgery. In 2014, North Shore Aesthetics was opened in Northbrook, Illinois and provides cosmetic surgery and spa services to the North Shore of Chicago.
