Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I was given a polite greeting when I walked up to the reception desk. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I couldn't imagine a plastic surgeon more unfriendly and impolite than this one. I felt incredibly uncomfortable in their presence and care. He repeatedly called me short, he also referred to me as black (not that it matters really because I don't take offense to being mistaken as African American). But when I told him I was in fact Hispanic, his response was that "somewhere in my heritage there was some black" because of the way I told him I scarred. Not impressed with this doctor at all, even if he has been operating for over 20 years.
