Shoulder mobility issue and serious knotts forming keeping me from moving/using my shoulder normally.

I was quite surprised with my visit to Dr. Young. I will definitely go back to visit again soon. He examined my back and shoulder and then treated me. He gave me a decompression with use of a towel. I've seen the ring dinger done on youtube with a famous chiropractor Gregory Johnson. This is slightly different as the decompression does not stretch across the Y axis as deeply but it still very effective.

He continued to knead into the side of my Lats which was very painful, but I enjoyed it because I knew he was trying to tear into the fascia tissue scaring that has been troubling me for forever keeping me from moving my shoulder.

yes, I will be going back again soon for my visit with Dr. Young. he is very technical and is very experienced. I do not hesitate to recommend him.

I went in with my left leg hurting for almost a month. He did his thing and after about three visits was able to walk with no pain. My overall body seems to be in better shape too. I don't walk like an old lady anymore, and I am old,lol'
