They are extremely reliable. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They barely had any magazines to choose from, but I wouldn't have had time to read anyway. I usually got in at my scheduled appointment time. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. They also don't keep me coming back for unnecessary appointments. That is VERY unusual!!
