It took over 10 years for me to get a bad as I became with my pain and not taking care of myself and it took almost two years of Dr.T's special care to assit me in being without the severe pain . Being diagnosied with both LUPUS and Fibromyliga meant that we needed to address both issues. This was done sucessfully (as long as I listened to my body and kept within my limitations of not doing to many activities.) per DR orders.............
