Dr. Victoria Rothenhausen provides family chiropractic care.The month of June marks a milestone anniversary for Victoria Rothenhausen, D.C., celebrating a quarter of a century as a practicing Chiropractic Physician. For 25 years, she has been providing family chiropractic care, and is active in many organizations. According to Dr. Rothenhausen, to celebrate this special anniversary, for every patient that I see during my anniversary month, I will be personally placing a gift in their honor to the Foundation of Chiropractic Progress as a thank you for supporting my practice over the years.
Dr. Rothenhausen, a Milford resident, is a graduate of New York Chiropractic College and also received her advanced degree in Sports Medicine in 1994. Among her many accomplishments, she was honored in 2008 as one of the Twenty Noteworthy Women of Greater New Haven County. Her active community participation includes membership in the Milford Chamber of Commerce as well as the distinct status as founding member of its Health and Wellness Council; a long-standing membership in the Network of Executive Women - also serving as historian and on its Scholarship Committee; a member of the Connecticut Chiropractic Association 1984 to present - including serving as a Legislative Delegate and District Director; and past member of the Milford Jaycees, The Association of American University Women, and the American Chiropractic Association.
As a pro-active health education advocate, Dr. Rothenhausen consistently presents complimentary educational workshops and seminars at her New Haven Avenue practice and to various community organizations; among them the Lions Club, Rotary, the YMCA, and the Milford Chamber of Commerce. She also participates regularly in various community events to provide complimentary trigger point massages. She was also a Medical Volunteer on the medical team for the Nutmeg State Games and Special Olympics.
