I am a graduate of Westford Academy and Northeastern University with my Bachelors in Arts & Science. I then went on to attend Life College of Chiropractic in Marietta, Georgia where I received my Doctorate of Chiropractic.
While my office offers chiropractic care for the whole family, I have a special love for prenatal and pediatric care. Children are the most amazing people to work with, because they are little rays of LIGHT. Removing interference from their growing nervous systems is truly remarkable and the effect can be immediate. “As the branch is crooked, so grows the tree.” Pregnancy chiropractic care really does give you and your baby the best way to navigate pregnancy and the birthing process in the healthiest possible way.
I have taken additional training through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA) to care for the special needs of pregnant women and newborns. I currently hold a FICPA certification and in the final stages of working towards my CCAP. I have been Webster Certified since 2003 and I am one of a few practitioner on the North Shore who has held that distinction for over 14 years.
I have extensive experience in lifestyle coaching as a certified First Line Therapy provider, as well as nutrition assessment using Meridian Autonomic Testing, personal fitness training, yoga, stress management, behavior change and physiotherapy. I am a Reiki Master and Acutonics certified practitioner through level 7. My knowledge of health and wellness continues to lead me in the direction of Holistic Mind-Body Care, Functional Medicine and Applied Kinesiology.
