Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I was really glad that they customized their treatment to address my condition instead of just giving me general adjustments. Their treatment was much more effective that way. I felt very encouraged after my first appointment. After seeing how qualified and knowledgeable they were, I was hopeful that I would be able to get better under their care. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.
