Dr. Pinto is always willing to answer my questions, and actually encourages questions and want to make sure you understand what he's said before you leave. He is very patient when I have forgotten some of his instructions and was available to answer any questions over the phone. It is very clear that this is his passion and that he truly cares about helping his patients. Dr. Pinto is extremely accessible to his patients. He always told me to call him if I didn't feel good once I got home or if something changed or got worse. I never felt like a number being pushed through an office and never had to worry about them overbooking appointments. If I had to wait for an appointment (which was rare), it was only because he was taking the time to make sure a patient understood his care and instructions. Dr. Pinto definitely believes in quality over quantity and that is a true gift because it is not easy to find that in the "medical world" these days.
