Nutritional counseling can be essential to your health. Chef Peter Klarman found his passion, living healthy, as a result of overcoming a major health challenge. Realizing that it is much harder to be sick than it is to be healthy, he researched multiple foods. His mission was to find out how they are prepared and share how they affect himself and others.

In response to the dilemma that we all face each day, to choose, prepare or find wholesome, healthy meals in a timely fashion, his most important goal is to help people find better solutions to these issues. By offering recipes and the Mindful Food Lifestyle Cooking Series he is able to help you find some answers in the search for good information on living a healthier lifestyle.

By using the best of raw or minimally cooked vegetarian style cuisine, he prefers preparing locally grown or organic foods that offer the most nutrients, flavor, energy and vitality. With more than 2 years experience in the culinary field in restaurants and as a personal chef, he has seen many people benefit from improving their food choices.
