I visited Dan LoPreto PHD as a Psychologist as part of an external psychiatric review by my company. Basically, this man makes his money by sending people back to work, saving badly managed companies money is disability claims.
After visiting this doctors sparse and cheaply-rented office space, his interview consisted very little about how I was feeling, the issues I was having, and the troubles I was facing at work... the interview became more of "what are other people doing at work and why can they hack it and you cant" and "well, I was in a similar situation once and I don't see how you can get out of this...". He did not care about the ethics issues, the moral behavior by my superiors that got me into my decline, or anything concerning my condition... his job was to send me back to work and that he did quite effectively.
