Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I was really glad that they customized their treatment to address my condition instead of just giving me general adjustments. Their treatment was much more effective that way. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.
